80th Anniversary All Camp Staff Reunion

June 7-9, 2024

2024 marks Lutherdale's 80th year of summer camp programs! Join us as we celebrate our history together, help members of our summer staff community reconnect with each other, build new friendships and have fun!

This is open to anyone who has served on Lutherdale's staff: counselors, kitchen staff, lifeguards, program coordinators, maintenance crew, arts and crafts staff, and everyone else who has been part of summer or full-time staff (and their families).

Event Information

We hope this reunion provides former staff with an opportunity to catch up with old friends, reconnect with lost friends, and meet new people who have the shared experience of being part of the Lutherdale staff. We're also hoping Lutherdale can help this community stay in touch with each other in the future and keep everyone informed about what's going on at camp. And, last but certainly not least, we want everyone to have some FUN - it is camp after all!

Lutherdale's database doesn't reliably have former staff members marked as such and, since so many of our staff are young adults who move once, twice, or more in the years following their summer(s) with us, there are hundreds - maybe thousands - of former staff members we don't have any way to reach. To help us update our records, please encourage any former staffers you may know to email info@lutherdale.org so we can get their name, address, and the years they served on staff to include them in future invitations.

Pricing and Registration

The main programming and fun will happen on June 8, 2024. The option to stay overnight on June 8 is available for $75 in the Watson Center (bedding not provided) or $100 in the Hope Center. If you would like to stay the entire weekend, adding friday night to your stay is an additional $30. If you would like to only attend the Saturday, it is $45. Registration for this event will open April 30 and we expect space to be limited!
