We’ve upgraded our registration system to make signing up for camp easier and more convenient than ever! Enjoy a streamlined process as you get ready for your Lutherdale adventure.

How to Register
Registration is online!

Create an account or log into your existing account.

Select which program type.

Select who you would like to complete registration for.​

Only Household members eligible for the program type will appear.

Select which session(s) you would like to register for.

All programs are categorized by grade completed by June 2025

Only the sessions a camper is eligible for will be visible.

Camp sessions are listed by date. Specific program titles can be searched.

Choose add-ons.

​This is where you can add the Climbing Tower & Zip Line, Tie Dye, and any Special Diets like vegetarian or dairy-free.

Add Canteen Money for the Camp Store, if interested.

Complete Required Forms.

Other forms are required to be finished one week before arrival to camp.​

Make a $100 non-refundable deposit

Submit your $100 deposit and claim your spot in the camps you chose.

Full payment is due 7 days before the camp begins.

Camp 24 & On-Site Day Camp require payment IN FULL to be registered.​

Watch your email!

​A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file, plus, tips and info throughout the months leading up to camp so your camper is all ready for their next Lutherdale adventure!​​​​​

A status of 'incomplete' means you have started the registration process. There is NOT a spot held for your camper until you have made the $100 non-refundable deposit. All registrations with this status will be cleared after 30 days.

A status of 'waitlisted' means the program is full. A camper may stay on the waitlist or choose a different program. Those choosing to stay on the waitlist, will be contacted by camp if a spot becomes available.

Cancellation Policy
The $100 deposit for summer programs is non-refundable.
Pricing For All
We believe in camp for all!
We are proud to offer a tiered-pricing system in which each camper family self-selects the price that works best for them. Selections are always confidential, and all campers receive the same high-quality experience regardless of their selection.

We work hard to offer our summer staff competitive wages, as well as keep up with rising costs. We recognize that our camper families also face rising costs, and we keep our prices as low as possible to make camp accessible for all. All tiers are subsidized from the true cost of camp. We also offer full and partial scholarships to all families who need them. We never turn campers away!

What happens when you pay the Tier II or Tier III rate?
You take an active role in supporting the true cost of your child’s camp experience, which enables us to direct the contributions from our generous donors to support other areas of need in the camping ministry, including program, staffing and facility upgrades.
